Chelsea joined the Southwest Council team in 2016. She works with her team to deliver evidenced-based prevention curriculums to schools and communities throughout Gloucester, Salem and Cumberland Counties. As a licensed counselor, Chelsea spent her career prior to the Southwest Council in addiction and mental health counseling. Chelsea continues to utilize these skills at the agency through EAS and IDRC services. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys yoga, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Jackie has worked for The Southwest Council since 2011. She currently serves as the coordinator for the clinical services offered by the agency. Jackie works as a credentialed intern in the Employee Assistance program, and oversees the aspects of the Intoxicated Driver Resource Center in both Cumberland and Salem counties. She also works in The Counseling Center at The Southwest Council which seeks to provide quality mental health and addiction services to adults aged 18 years and older.

Having been employed at the Council since 1996, Alexis enjoys sharing her experience with staff. Alexis has the tenure that makes her a wealth of knowledge and currently serves as the Director of Operations managing aspects of contract/grant acquisition and compliance which includes fiscal and operational administration, Human Resources, and HIPAA. With over 20 years’ experience at The Southwest Council, Alexis acts as a mentor in assisting staff to enhance the Council’s growth. In addition to her role in fulfilling the agency's mission, Alexis also has a passion for Autism awareness.

Kevin has been with the Southwest Council, Inc. since January of 2018 and serves as an Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug Prevention Specialist. Kevin provides evidence-based school and community wide-programs in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem County. He also assists in facilitating Camp YEY.

When not working, Kevin enjoys playing basketball, cheering on the New York Giants, and spending quality time with family and friends. He is currently pursuing an MS in Mental Health Counseling at Capella University.

Candice joined the agency in 2015 and currently serves as the Coordinator for the GRASP (Gloucester Regional Addictive Substances Prevention) Coalition. GRASP aims to reduce and prevent prescription drug abuse, underage drinking, and illicit drug use among youth and young adults in Gloucester County. Candice also oversees the GRYP SQUAD, GRASP’s teen division. In addition to coalition responsibilities, Candice helps with the planning and facilitation of Camp YEY.

Robert has been with the Southwest Council, Inc. since January of 2018 and serves as the Communications Coordinator as well as the YTAG Coordinator for Gloucester County. Robert also provides community wide prevention initiatives throughout Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties as a part of the coalitions team. He also assists in facilitating Camp YEY.

When Robert isn’t hard at work he enjoys coaching high school baseball teams, playing sports, and spending time creating memories with his friends and family.

Hanna has been with The Southwest Council since 2013. She is the coordinator for the agency’s Intoxicated Driver Resource Center. Hanna also assists with the Cumberland County Human Services Transportation Program and with the scheduling of counseling services. Ashley joined the agency in 2014 and currently serves as the Salem-Cumberland PFS Coordinator. Ashley works closely with community organizations, municipal partners, and families by utilizing environmental strategies and initiatives that will reduce underage drinking and prescription drug abuse. She is also responsible for tobacco prevention efforts, while building strong community relationships with community organizations that serve older adults and New Jersey returning Veterans. Ashley serves on the agency’s Wellness in the Workplace Committee and participates in the planning and implementation of Camp YEY.

Christa has been with The Southwest Council, Inc. since 2013 and serves as the Prevention and Recovery Services Coordinator. Christa works as the Patient Navigator for the Salem County OORP as well as an Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug Prevention Specialist. Christa participates in evidence-based programming as well as community outreach in Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem Counties. Christa is also actively involved in the implementation of Camp YEY.

Michael interned with The Southwest Council from 2008 until he became an official staff member in 2010. He currently acts as the coordinator for the Cumberland County Healthy Communities Coalition. Among his responsibilities, Michael is in charge of the coordination of the coalition’s Youth Network. The Youth Network is a group of teens from Cumberland County interested in living a healthy and drug-free lifestyle. Additionally, Michael assists in the planning and implementation of Camp YEY and serves as a team leader.

Fred has been with the Southwest Council Inc, since January 2018 and serves as an Program Assistant. While he assists with different areas within the Southwest Council Inc, his main responsibility is teaching the Spanish version of the Cumberland County Intoxicated Driving Resource Center class.
